Embodiment Practice Group

This is a 30-minute online group that meets on Thursdays. I offer you time and tools to practice connecting with your body, feelings, thoughts, and physical space around you.

Each week includes at least two guided exercises. All exercises are optional and adjustable. This is a drop-in group and all sessions are independent from each other. All bodies are welcome.

Date/Time*: Thursdays at 7:30pm EST/4:30pm PST

*Because we have a short time together each week, please arrive early. The call will be open 5 minutes before start time. Once we begin the exercises I will no longer be able to admit folks.
