About Me

Image Description: Adrian – a white, fat, trans man with dark brown, slicked back hair – is wearing rectangle metal frame glasses, a black KN95 face mask, and a black and white geometric maze pattern shirt under a blue blazer. He is sitting outside and looking at the camera.
Hi! I’m Adrian. I use he and they pronouns and I live in my white, fat, queer, trans, masculine, disabled, & chronically ill body.
I value dignity, connection, and embodiment. I want to bring my lived experience to support your journey of connection with yourself – your body, your values, your stories – and your relationships.
My peer-supportive work is rooted in embodied connection. I also use various tools and skills that I’ve learned and practiced from many resources, including books, websites, online groups, my interpersonal relationships, and ongoing therapy. Over the last 10+ years of doing my own healing work, I’ve developed and am continually nurturing a deeply trusting relationship with myself and my body.
I don’t have all the answers, but I’m good at asking questions and listening. I’m not a licensed mental health provider, but I’m a curious, compassionate presence so you don’t have to do this work alone.
I am especially interested in supporting men and masculine-identifying individuals in this practice of connecting. More about this hopefully soon.
I launched my first group in November 2025, and I plan to have more offerings available later this year.
Still have questions? I’m happy to answer them! You can contact me and I’ll do my best to answer what I can.
